We wanted a little more than a log cabin bed and breakfast in northern Michigan, so we built a cedar log home as a northern Michigan Bed and Breakfast near Horton Bay. We came up with lots of ways to describe the inn.

Nearby Horton Bay, Michigan was a favorite haunt of Ernest Hemingway and is now home to some nice shops including the Horton Bay General Store. Of course, we can't leave out the many local attractions found in the beautiful northern Michigan communities of Charlevoix, Petoskey and Boyne City, Michigan.
