MORTGAGE SALE
Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Maynard F. Adams and Velma L. Adams, husband and wife, original mortgagor(s), to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association successor by merger to Bank One, NA, Mortgagee, dated April 14, 2004, and recorded on May 5, 2004 in Liber 1050 on Page 421, in Emmet county records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Eight and 56/100 Dollars ($154,188.56).Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the place of holding the circuit court within Emmet County, at 11:00 AM, on May 30, 2013.
Said premises are situated in Township of Maple River, Emmet County, Michigan, and are described as: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 22, Township 36 North, Range 4 West, thence west 1115 feet to the point of beginning, thence North 416 feet, thence East 312 feet, thence South 416 feet, thence Westerly along the South Section line 312 feet to the point of beginning.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.

Default has been made in the conditions of a mortgage made by Richard Gorney and Julie Gorney, Husband and Wife, to Ameriquest Mortgage Company, Mortgagee, dated November 19, 2002 and recorded December 13, 2002 in Liber 0921, Page 270, and Loan Modification Agreement Recorded On 12/13/2002 in Liber 921 Page 286, Emmet County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Quest Trust 2005-X2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2005-X2 by assignment.
